There is an interesting feature of the Trinity, which can have a huge impact on how kids respect you and your spouse.

If we look at Scripture, you see something fascinating. All members of the Trinidad working very hard for the glory of another. In Proverbs 31 we see that the husband of the woman is pious ", known in the gates of the city. The connotation is that part of the reason is there because the way you live and praise.

In this same chapter (verse 28), we read that the husband and the children speak well of her. He said: "Your son gets up and call her blessed, her husband also, and sang his praises. "

So parents, tell their children as their mother. And mothers his sons as his father is wonderful. Do not talk in generic terms.

Give details. Tell them why your wife is wonderful. Is that the way to work hard? Or how are wise, because of what they did? You can also tell stories that reinforce their spouse in their eyes. Maybe something about when my dad was a hero, mom or dad helped you learn something. Things like this will help your children develop a deep respect and love for their parents that will last the rest of their lives.

And when reading through the Scriptures, to see how the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, build each other. Increase your respect, reverence and respect by Almighty God. And tell your children what you learn - to do the same for them.
